User Setting (Access Levels)

I am setting an account for the accountant and set the security level for the payroll to level 3 so he can add employees and mange payroll. But when he tries to add an employee a popup states (access denied).

what am I doing wrong?!

after extinsive testings :shock:

here is what i found
USER SETTINGS > (the accountant account) > SECURITY > MAINTENANCE tap
when Data import/export level is set less than level 3 the payroll does not allow adding employees.
I really don't want to give anyone access to the data import/export, because data could be exported then adjusted and then imported again which makes security level some what useless.
File reindexing is the same problem user have to have rights level 3 to the "Clear data Files"

any suggestions?!

The clear data files only works with the Master User Password, no other password will work on that.
As for the Export/Import, you have a point and we will adjust accordingly.
