'cash paid' appearing twice on receipts.

Found a old forum from 2008 and here is a answer from Sami

Looks like you have cleared some files but not others.
When you need to clear the POS and invoice files, you will also need to clear the Accounting Transactions file, otherwise, you will get the system to pick up the old payments for the cleared sales to show up on your new sales with the same docket/invoice numbers.


this has worked for my client, its hard sometimes to find out what the client has done before the fault has happened
